tkp18 accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the platform. You must deposit funds from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player. tkp18 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (WIB), subject to successful completion of account verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed with customer support. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000, and the maximum per transaction is Rp 50.000.000, with a daily limit of Rp 200.000.000.

tkp18 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities, and affected accounts may be frozen pending investigation. Players agree to cooperate fully with any anti-money laundering investigation.
Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of tkp18 and are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the sport or competition. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Settlement of bets is final and binding.
For football betting, including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, standard rules apply unless otherwise specified. Bets on matches that are suspended and not completed within 48 hours will be voided. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in settlement unless explicitly stated in the market description.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games, are operated by third-party software providers and use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be manipulated by tkp18 or the player. In the event of a malfunction, all affected bets will be voided.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tkp18 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and wagering requirements. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited.
tkp18 reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
